SGT1701 Senior Member Status: Offline Posts: 159 Date: Mar 13, 2014	Permalink   Could possibly be they 1. anticipate lots of passovers due to time in rank, and/or 2. passovers for college credit requirements, and/or 3. a dreaded cutoff (hopefully this is not the case!) is being contemplated. Otherwise why would 3 of the same exam virtually be "active" at once? __________________
