Very true. Would not be shocked if the decision by the judge appeases everyone also.
Maybe the panel is just taking their time. They are civil servants after all. They get paid regardless. Also if anyone has ever dealt with dcas I think they work at 2 speeds - slow and slower
Same here. But it's the truth. I'm sure they aren't in a huge rush to go back to command. Plus, people's careers are in the balance and the questions were very tricky. Therefore, I am sure this panel will take longer than previous panels as each question is carefully reviewed.

Been reading the orders daily, have not seen any lt transferred from emd back to command, which leads me to believe it is still ongoing. The orders are all I have to go by, I don't have a source.

I don't know about the rest of you but I'm a little concern about this next court date. I was really hoping the list would've been published prior to the court date. I know some of you have stated that it can't delay the list from coming out but it can certainly delay promotions. I guess we'll find out on Tuesday.

They may have additional hearings on the matter, holding up promotions. Trust me, I hope that isn't the case. Maybe I'm just going mad with anticipation.
