@whackinitup1 u get up to 30 credits from the job. U have 28 from the academy and can get 2 more if you did auto crime or HIDTA. But this is only if a college puts it into a transcript. So basically u have to sign up for school and they will convert your academy credits. The best bet is for u to go to John Jay College bc they are the most cop friendly. They offer 4 free classes for us which is 12 credits. so if you have not began doing this and you are in top hundred you might as well got a 70 bc u arent getting promoted anytime soon wo those 64 credits. U need 1 1/2 years of college ands thats going full time. Good Luck

30 is the max they take. you dont get any more for military. the free classed are only offered during the winter and spring semester.

The classes John Jay gives through the Department only run for the Fall and the Spring semesters.

ok true--i ll take the hit su madre. but these j jay classes are only offered in spring n fall--this doesnt help. i thought id bang these out over the summer. does the key count for college credits at all---i ve heard that??

end of weekend coming boys and the word at the puzzle palace is April 30th---my buddy said its 75 still. Their planning on chart changing u first guys 4/26 for BMOC. Their rushing to get this done btw----they need it for manning forthwith. their very short. good luck guys--its coming. whackinit----im sorry brotha but u should have been knockin those out slowly but surely----it might take a bit to get those.the test was in OCTOBER. no worries----get those done and hopefully next year sometime u ll be in. good luck.

Check out Empire State College (esc.edu). They run multiple terms (including two in the summer), know the job inside and out, and will take military credits. I am not using all of my academy and military credits because I had taken classes at another college, but they did accept all of my academy credits and about 8 more from the Army.

No problem. Might cost you a bit out of pocket, but they will be able to put a decent transcript together pretty quick. You will have to take some courses though most likely.

hey guys---to the rest of u short of credits---GET THEM!! i wish u luck whack--i really do. there will be passovers due to time on,college credits,and jamups. make sure ur stuff is on point guys----they are scrambling to do this bmoc on april 30th and then bang another one in the month after.my boy said their scrambling at the puzzle palace for this exact reason. u dont wanna be passed over guys. uphill road whack but u ll do it---u earned ur score now get the damn credits. its true---one bmoc class early gives u date of rank seniority on the next group. let that be a motivator.

Question, how does it work when you get passed over? If its because you don't have the time are you placed into the first class you are eligible for? If you are jammed up are you passed over until you are unjammed and go before the CARB?

WHACKINITUP try John Jay they have 2 summer school sessions which run 1 month long. You can take online classes. Just with the summer classes you can get up to 12 credits, easy. Also they will give you 28 credits for the academy, and some points for military.

whack if i was you i would just pay for a class of 2 @ John Jay in the summer. It is worth it. If you plan to be a lieutenant or capt then keep going slowly so this doesn't happen to u again. Good luck!

My advice to you mr wack is not to take more classes then u can handle.Take it slow you got a good list number and u will get ur stipes soon as u hit 64.

We had some long conversations at work about that question. I had chosen those two answers also, but wasn't sure of the wording of the first question. He wrote up a 2-3 page protest and sent it in. Gotta say, he did convince me he was right, but I just wasn't sure whether they said "southerly" or "from the south" or something else similar. Everyone was right about "southerly" or "southern" though: wind is described by where it originates from, not where it is going.

Just so you know.... The wind had nothing to do with the question being a double answer... If it did the questions would of been thrown out. It was because the stadium was the only location that was 2 blocks away, which makes it 1,000 feet from the incident in question. That was my argument, picked up 2 points
