No one has ever sucessfully predicted the exact date or or even week of when a sgt list will be released. If you check the last few test forums, nobody knew until 1-2 days before the release of the list.

I'm thinking sometime this month or next month and when it's does happen it will be out of no where.

That doesn't matter u think the job waits till military guys come back from deployment to put list out. Those guys come back at different tea an I they are eligilble for the test they will take it.

I have a good feeling it's coming out soon. Mb only few weeks away. I wish I had the time tho, you guys that scored over 90 and have 5 years OTJ should get ready and start buying some extra business suits, you gonna need them for Bmoc very soon.

Considering the 2009 list is now DOA I would expect them to establish the list before the current class graduates BMOC in April. Some time this month would be my best guess.

They don't always establish a list just because the current one is done. It could take a week or up to even months. Lets hope for the best.

From what I was told the day the actual list comes out is the day they post the official answer key on the DCAS website. Then getting your official score in the mail comes after that. We'll find out soon enough.

there is no exact science to when the list comes out......have a little patience...it may be a few weeks past the ending of this one......you know it isnt going to be TOO long, they will need sgts so therefore will need a list to pull them off of......patience !!

were all on deck ladies and Gents, thats whats important. The 2009 guys waited a long time for their list, ours will be out shortly. Just dont get too boxed up at the pier this year and try to shoot out street lights and its all gravy.

If its true I still am very confident that everyone will get made over the next 4 years. Almost 800 in the last year were promoted. **** loads of sgts from the Dinkins safe streets classes are going to be retiring and the spots will need to be filled. Might even go quicker than the 09 rate

1600 without throw outs?! That has to be one of the biggest Sgt's lists in a while.

I feel bad for the guys that didn't really study or decided to wait for the next one. It might be a while.

List does not come through the finest. DCAS sends copies to the boro commands who are then responsible for forwarding/faxing copies to all the commands.

It still says "proposed key" on the DCAS website, I assume the final key being released and the list being put out would probably coincide.

i was told to be patient guys---it could be awhile or it could be next week as far as the list coming out. From the sounds of it---no one knows. And i was talking with my guy Friday and he said they might put the list out soon,but then wait till July/August to promote. Their expecting this list to last awhile evidently--so that might mean no rush to put it out. Not good for guys who didnt take it cause it might be awhile. But honestly----as much as i didnt wanna hear it either-----no one has a clue except the people in DCAS. He said this last class fills plenty of the sgt slots with expected retirements for the next year---but---that could all change next month. So--its standby to standby. So, enjoy patrol while u can---our time will come down the pike.

The Lt at BMOC today said that it'll probably be out in May, take it for what it's worth.
