They are also probably trying to clear up as many guys that got jammed up. With that in mind I wouldn't be surprised if they wait until March.

As hope fades for a February class, if there is a March class would it start Feb 27 or March 5????

I would have more hope for a Feb class if the 2011 list was established. I think they're going to wait 1 more month to get themselves straight on the 2011 test. I'd rather not see that happen but I've heard that they need an open list to pull from in case of some major emergency where they would need mass promotions. I hope I'm wrong.

They promoted off a previous list without it even being established. They used raw scores and then ranked everyone later on.

that would make sense if people are saying april for the 2011 list tba.

Don't lose hope just yet for a February class. A BMOC instructor did say that sometimes 1pp keeps them in the dark till the very last minute and wouldn't b surprised if they get a phone call this Friday or early next week for a feb class. Good luck.
