Anybody remember the confrontation question? It was either 20 or 22 I believe. I have it written down at home. Dcas correct answer was confronting officer call patrol supervisor, pct of occurrence and immediate supervisor of officer. They were looking for the correct statement. The choice I had was burden of proving identity resides with the confronted officer when off duty. Patrol guide states burden of proving identity resides with confronted officer weather on or off duty. I'm thinking that just because you leave off the on duty part, it does not mean the statement is incorrect. It is still a true statement. Any thoughts?
I had the exact same protest. For our answer to be wrong it would have had to say burden is on confronted when off duty ONLY. It didn't say that. i argued it should be a double answer

I also had the same argument. Especially since they are looking for the "correct" answer not the "most" correct.
That question is definately a double answer.
