If there were in fact 2 8's on the calendar then counting 21 days from the 8th on the calendar will not give you the correct answer and therefore the question should be tossed.
I got it correct but I am just looking out for people who didn't. It's not about adding 21 to what ever calendar day, its about using the calendar against dcas that's all. We need to help each other out. I'm not going to be like the people who got a 70 and start saying you're not going to make it so don't protest.
If you count 21 days, you count the 8 twice since it's on the calendar that they produced and when you get to 21 days you will arrive at the wrong answer. THROW THIS QUESTION OUT. We need to poke holes into this entire exam.
I got that question wrong, bc im and idiot and i talked myself into believing it was just food that was 21 days. I did notice the calendar being wrong. I need one point to make the list. I would love to see that question tossed. Anyone remember what number it was?
The summons was issued November 1st. I knew the return date should be 21 days later which is November 22nd. I only looked at the calendar to make sure the 22nd was not on a weekend or holiday. This was a ground ball question due to the answers provided because all the answers were less than 30 days.

November 22 would be wrong, you didn't count weekends or holidays! You could appeal on the two 8's and also the holidays not being labeled in November. Election Day, Veteran's Day, and Thanksgiving would all fall in that range, but none were on that rough draft calendar.
I not getting where November 22nd would be wrong. If the PatrolGuide is your bible then you would know : Make return date twenty-one (21) days after date of issuance unless that date is on a weekend or holiday, in which case it will be the next business day

I must have read something else, I thought it was 21 days exclusive of weekends or holidays? How you interpret what that means is different from how I interpret it? I thought that would mean weekends/holidays don't count towards the 21 day total, so you skip them. You see it as you only exclude them if the actual return date falls on a weekend or holiday? I guess its just another example of the PG needing a simple rewrite and more clarity.
"Exclusive of weekends or holidays"? "Exclusive of"? I thought that meant you wouldn't take into account? It even says that in a Merriam Webster Dictionary.

Then question 4 must be the mobilization question with the map, that was unfair due to a telephone record entry at 1400 hrs that had a college rally/event or something at one of the choices and the poorly written question didn't tell you what time the incident happened.
