3yrWonder Senior Member Status: Offline Posts: 275 Date: Oct 2, 2011	Permalink   Well I think that's what the lawsuit is about, apparently it's civil service law that there must be a minimum ratio of 8 cops per 1 Sgt and the dept has failed to keep that ratio. Any Sgts on the air that can confirm? __________________
