Thanks for the info to all. That's still a lot of i/o (potential questions) so I want to see if I can get the update other then using the intranet. WFN, no ideas about how the updates work (ie every 6 months, as they become available etc).

Update the book yourself until they send you replacement pages and then just switch them out.

Nassau, yes they will send out an update in July....I've been updating since 2008 and they send out 2 updates a year (Jan & July)
