What is the lowest score youve ever heard of?

Theres a guy in my command who got a 28 on one of the exams and another guy who got a 34. Theres also a female whos failed 6 exams... and the lowest score ive seen that got promoted was a 62.

So to break up all of this serious talk, what is the lowest score youve heard of?

there was a cop in my old command that said a captain from the key told him when u take the test the right answer will be lil smaller then the wrong answers. for example if a is the right answer it will be smaller then b,c,d. this cop swore it was true, didn't study and took the test solely using this method. the end result was he got a 17. LOL

The lowest of all that I've heard of is a 69%!!!!! Its pretty interesting that everyone that has failed the exam always says,.."Yo man, I got a a69%!,....I missed it by 1!" Why not own up to the fact that one maybe didn't study hard enough nor put any effort in to it?
