Does anyone know which subway to take from Penn to get to the academy?

yes, there are a few ways to go, but the way i go is this

take LIRR to penn station
take the A,C,E train southbound to 14 the street.
At 14th Street change subways and take the L towards Brooklyn. Get off at 3rd avenue stop.
When you go upstairs at 3rd avenue u have the option to either take the bus to 20th street or you can walk 5-6 blocks.

its 235 east 20th street between 2nd and 3rd avenue.

You can also take the M16 bus from 34th street (near 7th Ave), drops you off at 2nd Ave and 23rd Street.

word from bmoc is next sgt class is mid september from new list there unsure though on what's going to happen with the 2007 list
