I received a letter today from the education tracking unit. They said i need to update my transcripts to have 96 credits for promotion to lieutenant. Anyone else get the same letter? I have my credits being processed right now but just wondering if this is any indication of them promoting off this list...

Someone told me when this all started that the city would cut a deal with the 9 who started this lawsuit and promote them. I didn't believe it at the time but now I see how naive I was. I thought the lawsuit was for all the sgts and the injustice of the exam process and the questions that needed to be thrown out...

Another gem from their complaint is they ask for 6 questions to be tossed. Then the test to be regraded by the remaining 94 questions.
