What's up guys. I know cds have to be adjudicated and before promotion and charges will hold you up but what about if I was go 15 couple years back will that affect anything ? Does it matter if I was witness or subject also.. thank you.

Anyone have stats to help guess the likelihood of a break between the 2011 list and 2013 list? Does the city try to avoid lawsuits by ending the current list by promoting from new list in the immediate month vs skipping a month between lists?

those of us at the top of this list need a small 2015 Lt test list... According to Yanosik ... If its as small as rumored... There quite possibly will be a fall 2016 test... It all depends on how many throwouts they will have... Fingers crossed

Brat confirmed 54 going into BMOC or whatever they call it now, on 8/31. That leaves roughly 28 names plus pass overs on the 2011 list. This means that October is the first potential class of promotions from our list. WOO HOO!

There are currently 75 PO's remaining on the 2011 list. Assuming 52 go into BMOC at end of this month, that will leave 23 people remaining on the 2011 list. + There are 27 pass overs. At this point, it is safe to assume many of those will not be promoted as some of them have been passed over for several years...
