They just put close to 800 recruits in academy this month and Im hearing CAD wants to put another 1000 recruits in at end of December.

Well under circumstances with all these retirements , keeping up with attrition and of course continuing with large BMOC classes , big incoming recruit classes will hopefully keep us in business . Its called job security boys and girls. As for quality , thats out of our hands .

its sad to say that we have to swallow the quality for the moment as we need the numbers as well lol. In that retrospect we will just have to deal with the aftermath as long as it can help everyone on the list right now.

So on the LT forum if you go look they have the clearances for Sergeants at 150??

Clearances dont mean anything though. Usually its around half but has been even less more than once.

Historically speaking. 150 cleared , means more than likely 75-100. Let us pray

I looked back to the past few promotions and for Friday ceremonies the email comes down on either that Monday or Tuesday evening usually between 5pm-7pm.
