Finally sticking to a routine

Ive always struggled to stay consistent with any kind of personal routine. Id start strong, then lose focus after a week. While looking for ways to simplify things, I stumbled on Liven app. It gave me a more structured way to track my small wins without feeling pressured. Now I actually manage to keep my habits going, and it feels good to see progress.
