Anybody Have tips on Studying for the Next Lt Exam

Hey All Anybody have tips on how they studied for the last Lt Exam. How was the break down? How much of the test was based on Sgt questions and how much was it based on Lt Duties? And would anybody start these free classes from the Key or Elite? Thanks
