So well know that this list has been moving slow lately extra slow does anybody have any indication on how the list typically moves like how many lieutenants typically get promoted in one year period of time taking this year out of the equation Im curious as to what is the average promotional rate for lieutenants for a year so hopefully I could keep my fingers crossed for whats to come

 As long as I can remember it was typically about 200 a year.

This the rumor for clearances. So not sure how big that class will be

40 LT is not a big number. Right on par with normal clearances. Weve lost months so when the word big was used, I assumed a 75 LT class.
