And PS.it seems like the city really doesnt give a fuck about the disparity at this point and its not gonna get fixed.either continue making 97k for a few more years or take this contract and give yourself a raise and a decent top pay number to look forward to
Agree 100%. Were not adding another step as a give back. Theyre asking for 2 Chart days. Tell them to give us back the 2 days & well vote on it. Also there is no reason anyone that went direct to top pay should be entitled to a retro either so I dont see whats wrong with that give back.
