Just asked uniformed promotions and they said there's "No talk of promotions this week."

Thats odd they told me opposite yesterday. Said they were waiting for Numbers because thats all theyve been told but nothing more. So I dont know. I guess things can change. No sgts supposedly all other ranks. But who knows.
