When does this list expire?

Some time in June 2022 as per DCAS. They certified the list some time in mid June 2018 despite the first promotion not being till the end of August of 2018. That apparently cuts about 2 months of the Lifespan of a 4 year list. Thats at least what I was told.

I've always heard the same, that clock doesn't start ticking until the 1st promotion. Which was either August or September of 2018.

Thats what I always thought too until I spoke to some Officials at DCAS. They explained to me the clock starts on the day of certification. Hopefully they are wrong and you can Sneak an extra promotion.

I just looked it up. It was established on July 18th, 2018, not mid June as I remembered. I was off by a month. I had this convo 6 months ago with DCAS. It expires on July 18th, 2022. It would of been better if they established the list a few days before the first promotion instead of 5 weeks earlier.
