Heard from two different sources (Who don't know each other) that the Personnel Bureau has been informed a list is dropping this week. Anyone here work in Personnel, or know someone who does first hand, to either back this up or debunk it? Not trying to spread fake news, I would like to know.

The CARB hearing was for that person to see if he/she is eligible for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant in the coming week(s). That's as far as what I have found out. Again, whether or not the Department actually will have a LT promotional class this month or in May is anyone's guess. I'm sure someone from 1PP definitely have that kind of info but probably not ready for public knowledge.

I was told list is with the 3rd party that reviews for that new system. Just like any other post on this site, we shall see in time. Im here for info just like the rest of you.. just passing off what I heard from a reliable mos.

Apparently, the department cancelled ALL training on the 4x12 tomorrow (Department wide). Maybe it's just wishful thinking on my end, but perphaps they're doing that in anticipation of the list being released tomorrow.

Guys...the job doesnt not sit on a certified list. We have over 70 vacancies. Once the job gets the list they will quickly put in a class.

We all hope the list will be released tomorrow but the cancelation of the training has nothing to do with the list.

The academy is closed on the 4 bys tomorrow due to the DOJ conducting a training at the academy.
