Im going to be 100% honest even though I need a throwout to pass (got a 69), I dont see it happening. The questions were all short and sweet, all "most correct". Theres nothing really to pick at it seems, besides the double answers on the in basket.

The family question was my only hope, but its not like the answer they had was incorrect, and thats the problem. I was hoping that it can be thrown out because the question is asking you "According to 208-36" but the choices ARE not in the procedure itself, I feel like they should have made it a penal law question. But its unlikely itll get thrown out. Cousins is clear cut Assault 1, and even though many cases out there show that it can be an Assault 2, the wording is there. I think the department went through this one thorougly and made the only changes needed. Unfortunately .... I need that point but gotta look at reality.

But we shall see, you just never know. All depends on the Test Validation Board. Fingers crossed.
