Education tracking unit certified letter

I received a letter today from the education tracking unit. They said i need to update my transcripts to have 96 credits for promotion to lieutenant. Anyone else get the same letter? I have my credits being processed right now but just wondering if this is any indication of them promoting off this list very fast. List number in the 340s.
