I'm writing in response to your Freedom of Information Request, copied below, for information regarding Exam No. 5535, Promotion to Lieutenant (Police).

 

I can advise you that 2,410 candidates took Exam No. 5535 on the original test date, April 18, 2015, and of those candidates, 191 persons passed the exam.

 

The alternate test dates for Exam No. 5535 were June 22, 2015, June 27, 2015, July 27, 2015, October 20, 2015, and December 17, 2015.

 

75 candidates took Exam No. 5535 on an alternate test date, and of those candidates, 43 persons passed the exam.

 

I can also advise you that 1,637 protests were submitted with respect to questions on Exam No. 5535.

It means there was a typo.... They literally answered a bunch of FOILs all at once that day and the guy made a mistake.
