They were good back in the day but have not been relevant in years. If you looking for an at home study guide use rising star. Also, the KSA site constantly crashed when I used it.

a couple years ago I had issues with their patrol guide unable to receive updates. When I tried to email them for help it was like dealing with customer service from another country. Took them a while to respond and it seemed like they really could care less.
Their "Procedural Guide for Supervisors" is useful, but as previously mentioned, dealing with their customer service is futile. I bought one about three years ago and was never sent the update, and when I emailed them about it, I got no response.
i always liked their KSA Procedural Guide as more of a supplement to any class you might be taking and the actual PG. It breaks down procedures with lists and acronyms, but it does leave out plenty of stuff. Also not bad a general reference guide if you got one laying around the desk.
Like others said the procedure guide is still on point. It was actually just as helpful as the key on the 2015 Lt exam. Use it in addition to whatever course you pick.

Never even heard of anyone using their site. ksa is known for the procedural guide, which is still just as good as key/elite and costs $60.
