can someone let me know with regards to the tvb....does it include protests from the makeup/military/religious takers? meaning does the tvb not convene until they have taken the test and protests have been submitted?? thanks

I would assume that those who take the exam after the rest for whatever reason are afforded the same exact opportunities as the original test takers.

 I'm sure they are but does the TVB wait till they take their exam?  If so, that means another 30 day protest period and prolongs the process further.
