Wonder what you guys think to help some of my brother and sisters who have a higher list numbers. Obviously no one knows exactly but some answers from the guys that have been pretty spot on all these years on this post would help.
i signed up for a class and im 200ish away. Its a gamble but got to be in it to win it. wont be another lt test for min of 3 yrs and remember they pushed back the 13 sgt test a few months. granted the current lt list will be exhausted well before the lt test is established leaving a push back unlikely
one of my bosses missed the lt list by 2 points bc he hadn't study. he got promoted on friday and the test was saturday. i know it's a lot of money but i would just study.
The average I calculated was 47 cops promoted per month so far on this list. That may be + - a few because I haven't recalculated in a while. Thats a straight average number, not factoring down months.
Aaaaaaand, just because I'm bored, five more months of average cops going to BMOC would leave the list at 1469 on test day. Would they promote the class sitting in BMOC on test day early so they can take the LT Exam?
Mid 1500's is my prediction (if they go all the way). Which is precisely where I am, so it's a tough decision. Might just study the PA material and see where the list is at come sign up time.
I'll bet 1500-1550 makes the test. No way whole list is making the test. Unless they start doing some crazy promotions but anythhg is possible. That is just a guess based on averages. There's usually 3-5 pass overs minimum on average a month. So apply that number into the average. But who knows. You never know they might push it to June and every one makes it. I'm close like queens.

I think you have to see what works for you. I am going to elite because the class time and location works for me. If a class is difficult to get to you may not go as much.
On the season ticket vs. weekly course question- if you plan on going you might as well get the season ticket. There is no point of paying for individual classes, you are paying more and not getting as much.
If you're going to go to class, you have to hit it hard. If I were on the fence I'd probably do rising star homestudy until i know for sure. It would suck bigtime if I went to class and didnt get made in time
