What's that....about 6 promotions in 8 years? Meanwhile other bosses who are equally as competent wallow in the same rank for 4 or 5 years trying to get a bump. I guess he's just that much better! Lol.
Not sure where your getting your info from about 8yrs... But the facts are actually 14yrs, cause he was actually promoted to Capt in 1999 (google his biography) and in 2007 he made 1 star, I only know this cause he was the XO of Brooklyn South at that time when I worked there.
Reputations follow you. I never worked for maddrey, but I have heard from numerous people that he is a pleasure to work for. Banks, on the other hand, not so much. Unless you were the right complexion.
