I think the rumors of three back to back classes, and a December class is going to be accurate. Based on the terminal numbers provided by the rumor mill, I can't see the need for that many more lieutenants unless a large amount of lieutenants decide to leave.

If the rumor of a class getting promoted on the 31st is true than that would be 3 classes in a roll. I definitely see another one before the year is over.
