I don't know the civil service law, but I would think they don't need any this month. When they need them, they'll publish the list and promote from the new list. I thought the old list was done.

The 2006 list is dead much like my hopes of ever seeing the 2011 list are.

If the new list isn't established and they need Lts they can extend the 06 list. It did happen with other civil service promotion jobs. And I didn't take the 06 test and I want it gone as much as every1.

No they cannot. That list is dead. I am not sure of much, but I am sure of that fact.

Almost a year and a half.

It wasn't a year and a half. It was 11 months. The test was given on 11/18/06 and the list was out in October of 07. The first class was in April of 2008.
