An educated guess, the list comes out end of april. I say this because the next court date is May 1st for the rediculious lawsuit, the job wants to show that there is an active list in place to replace the 2006 list. No need to promote off of 2006 when a new list is established and the 2006 was active for 4 years.

Wtf .. I had to wait 5 years for a test, now this is what I have to deal with... A ****ed up test and now they can't even come up with a list!!!! Unbelievable!!!

even though vacancies show we are over by 22 lts, common sense would dictate they would have to come out with this List very soon considering they have no active list.. If there was an active list, I could see why they might be dragging their feet
If salami's guy is right and they are looking at LT's for may, my wild guess would be Wednesday, 5/2 for the list. This way the lawsuit can be thrown out on 5/1, and you would have time before the end of may promotion. This is my GUESS based on logic and common sense, which means there is probably no way it's correct.

Guys I'm one of the PO's going in April 30th..just do u dont think I'm a troll...anyway there's a court date May 1st in regards to your list....my guess is that they HAVE to wait til that's over with to OFFICIALLY send out your list....my suggestion is that u guys don't stress til after May 1st...good luck guys

It could be anytime in may for an end of month promotion. remember LT's get promoted up front, BMOC or ALC whatever its called comes after. You get notified for ID photos (in a white shirt) the Tues/Weds before. So they could drop the list 2-3 weeks into May and have plenty of time for a May group. I wouldn't hold my breath, I am sticking to my post that they're still doing the protests for a bit longer. Also, the 2006 sgt's list was released on a Friday late afternoon. There is no rhyme or reason to when the job releases the lists...they do it whenever they want.

Thank you stig, once again. We don't care about sergeants bmocs. It has no bearing on our list. Btw people. Let me shed some light because no one seems to get it on this site except for stig. The panel is over. Dcas is promulgating the list. This process can take anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks!!!!!!! When the slow workers at dcas are finished then the list of eligibles will Be handed over to our job. Then the powers that be, up at Emd, with the approval of the pc will release the list No one can guess or predict the date of release at this time. Dcas has full control. They took three months to promulgate the sergeants list after the panel was finished! The morons on this site trying to play nostradomus are pathetic. We are at the mercy of dcas and only they can decide when this nightmare will be over.
