As of 1500 hours from the puzzle palace--1st BMOC should be going in April 30th(Monday) for the May BMOC. THe number is not 70 now---it is indeed 75 cops to go. If you are in the top 90--i would get my things in order possibly b/c where this is coming from is as good as it gets. Now let me clear up some things---is it definite?? NO. Please dont PM or ask everyday b/c things in this dept change from day to day--I get it---i disperse it to you guys. They as of now will be notifying you Thursday the 26th b/c you will have to be chart changed. Is the need for sgts very high. YES. They need them asap for manning. Is phase 1 mandatory?? NO. If they do it on the quick like is expected,you do not have to go. Why did they release the list rite away??? Because the need for sgts is VERY VERY HIGH. They will hold onto a list and not release it if the demand is not there--this is a FACT---straight from the personnel bureau manning dockets.Please--i dont have a crystal ball--so as for the day to day--i dont know. All i know is what i get from my source at 1PP---he feeds me what hes got. Hope this helps--the trolls are way off on this one..........

btw----i said the first 90---could be first 100. i dont know though. there is gonna be passovers,military guys without the 64 credits,guys with charges and specs pending,etc. i only said first 90 b/c thats what my buddy is saying. i dont think thats a hard number--i would guess if ur in first 100 be prepared. just to clear the air--i just got 2 PM about 90-100 people. hope that clears it.....

yeah smarts---my boy has over 20---been in the puzzle palace for a bit---and he was betting his left test**** that it goes in at end of the month---he said the job HAS to---the manning for this summer would be doomed. he said all the higher ups are saying april 30th 99%.

I got it from someone whom I don't know personally but he had to get in touch with my command in regards to one of the persons set to go in. So happy for the guys and gals getting called so quickly after the list was published. I hope the same goes for the Lt's list, but I'm not holding my breath. lol

I'm in the early 900s and I always think worse case scenario. I'm guessing I'll get made in 3-3.5 years. Anything earlier then that is icing on the cake for me. So hopefully this year they have huge BMOC classes

I know what you mean. I'm a pessimist as well, that way the only direction is up and there is no dissapointment lol. That being said, I think you're looking at a lot earlier than 3 years! I have no hooks or connections, but if history is any indication, I don't see it taking that long to get through the first 1,000.

To all the guys going in soon, congrats! It must be overwhelming to be happening so quick. Keep us posted on what you hear in BMOC!!

Also when the education tracking unit called my command I was already EOT, they told the desk they needed to talk to me ASAP to update my credits. They are working quick for a reason and I don't think it's for June.

If it keeps on like this that would be a good guess.

May - 70 to 75
June or July - 70 to 75

Then the next would be July or August, think worst case September/October, because with passovers you're in the 3rd class. Could be as early as July if they do a class a month.

70 sergeants on April 30th, from list 1-70 there are 10 passovers, from 70-80, there are 5 passovers, so the list will roughly end at list #85 for the first BMOC class. Good luck

The Key does allow you to obtain 18 credits from attending their classes but you were suppose to pay in full and take an exam for each pg section. I believe they use Aspen University to transfer those credits. Regardless of what you do it's very unlikely you'll get the credits you need to enter this BMOC class. By the way, look into FEMA Credits.

whack, How many military credits do you have?? The ETU will accept these credits directly from the military ( no need for a transcript). I had close to 30 credits from the military alone.

Have you looked into the Fema courses? Fema courses are much less time consuming than going back to school.

I calculated for a friend of mine who is list 12?. He will be skipping approxiametly 32 to 33 people on the list, because they dont have the time. Im in the 22? range and i can skip approximately 65 people also because of time. If I calculate it after 07/12 then I would skip about 32 people because they wont hit 5 years until at least 01/13 or 07/13.

oh--sorry. didnt see some of above. i am in top 100 but know i dont have enuff credits---i came on job thru military service. how do i get credits fast?? is empire state the best?? university of phoenix with all the retards on commercials? how many do i get for academy? crap---didnt think this class would come this fast.
