So whats the deal with the crying Paa and tissue question??

Can someone who went to the protest clarify what the question and answer were, AND if we can protest them successfully?

Did not protest it as I had it correct. the only thing I can tell you is what the rising star representative said. protest the questions that you of wrong on te judgment and leadership and state that there was no point of reference provided. correct answer can't be determined, who's to say what's right and wrong. make sure you refer to noe that no material was later to properly prepare you to answer the qquestion.

Friend of mine told me that 91 was the crying paa and the answer was to tell the spaa to have someone retrain her. I'm protesting it based on the fact the ADO will fix the immediate problem and telling the spaa is incorrect. You should tell the PRAA.

The right answer was to notify praa. It never said SPAA.

assigning the ADO only fixes one of two problems.

problem 1- you have lots of people waiting to have complaint reports filled out

problem 2- you have a newly assigned PAA that is not confident in his/her job, and is not performing well.

directing the spaa to assign an experienced paa to the 124 room to train the rookie paa solves both of the above problems. that is the logic behind the right answer.

Damn- that's the issue I'm running in to with having to protest by mail. You have to rely on your memory of the question and answers, which obviously is incorrect. And then I'm getting bad info from other people.

Did the answer say SPAA or PRAA?

I understand the logic behind their answer, I'm just trying to come up with a solid protest.

I agree Tommy. I changed this answer a couple of times but ultimately got it DCAS right. Another reason this was the right answer (I've been told) is that the exam writers wanted to see the actor work with another supervisor (spaa) to solve a problem. Managing civilians can be quite complicated at times.

Ok so assign the ado is the wrong answer?

Not sure what guide. Maybe no guide. But, ADO is definitely not correct as per PG or any other guide because he doesn't exist

There isn't one. Which is why they are an easy protest. No reference was given for that kind of question so the exam taker has to use cited reference material in an attempt to answer the question. The cited material is the Patrol Guide, which states that the DCAS answer is wrong because you would go to the PRAA, not the SPAA.

Unfortunately, I can't go to the protest, so I have to mail my protests in and wont get to review the exam. I'm going off of what others have told me. I think it said SPAA in the answer, not PRAA.

Maybe if it spelled out PRINCIPAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE I may have gotten it. I don't know what a PRAA is

I hear ya bro. Not trying to discourage any protest. I got that dcas right after changing it three or four times. I got plenty of others wrong which is why I have my work cut out for me at the protest.

Guys. The right answer was to tell PRAA to get another PAA to help her out. This question is not protestable. No other answers make sence. ADO technically is not a position.

Did you see that today at the protest?  I have to protest by mail so the wording of the question is important.  Was it tell the SPAA or the PRAA?

Well they can refer to their written source of information and compare it to the protest.

Even tough I thought both questions were total garbage, I answered bot correctly so I didn't really look at them at the protest, I only looked at questions I got wrong.

actually the ado does exist in the administrative guide. I checked it today but it doesn't really state their duties. Fight it anyway
