My buddy just called me and said his partner was able to call Dcas, enter his SS number and Exam number and it gave him his score and list number. Does anyone else know if this is true and what the number is to call???

Highly doubt that. They are not even done with the protest yet.

just called the automated DCAS number (212) 669-1357.

it says that there is no list that has been established. you can call yourself, it will ask you for your SS# and the test number and then give you the same automated message that I got.
