1500. You have to remember that the people on this forum and the guys you talk about the test with in your cmd are guys and girls that actually studied pretty hard. That's why it might seem like "everyone passed."

A lot of people didn't study at all and there are those that half-assed it as well. I think 1500 to 2000, everyone will get promoted. List will be made around spring or summer of next year and if you got a 70 you might be waiting around two years or so after the list comes out.

All just guesses, but I think it could be accurate.
