20. The friggin IMEI Question. I been trying to look it up but can come up with a definitive answer. The PG clearly states to Notify the Squad for stolen AT&T Phones but I can't find anything about if the IMEI is scratched !!! What did you guys put fot the answer ?
I dont remember much about the attendant question or the sick question, but i also picked coller HER. with who guards the kid... there were two females, sector A if im not mistaken and the conditions girl... which one did you pick? the dischard the firearm question.... the answer was accidental discharge at the range.. all the others, the CO does a 49 to the CO of FTS. what explosion and spill?? i dont really remember that question. for imei scratched for a prisoner... you just write that in the remarks of the voucher saying "IMEI Tampered With" and voucher it as Investigatory... the question was not talking about a stolen cellphone, with had to do with vouchering prisoner property..IO51s09 "Prisoner Cell Phones"
AtomBomb: That's my point. I found the Patrol Guide Procedure for Stolen Imei Phones and the Interim Order that you mentioned. But the body of the question never mentioned that the Cell-phone was stolen just that it had the 15 digit IMEI # scratced off. Your answer: Voucher it as Investigatory Evidence does sound like the most logical answer but I'm so anal that I like to see it written some where in Black & White. ie: a PG Procedure or I.O. and I can't for the life of me find one.
1-UNUSAL OCCURRENCE question hopefully would be tossed out due to the fact that the UMOS also sustained injury (blk eye), which would involve additional procedure like someone already mentioned in another thread. 2-SICK QUESTION- It is OK to go Admin WITHIN TWO HOURS (1:30 in the question). That situation, either you get both right or you'd blow both. The follow-up question contains all (4) correct procedures for going sick. You have to get name, time & control # for all sicks. The other 3 are for REGULAR sick. Thus, the answer for the 1st part should be "offer admin sick & advise that it's good for 1 tour". The follow-up question's answer should be "name, time & control #". FYI, REG sick within 2 hours is NG IF YOU call. Someone else has to call for you.
3-DOMESTIC ASSAULT- Yep, another mumbo jumbo nonsense that tried to mask the fact that the crazy biotcheee threw a vase at the guy, punched and scratched him AND he needed SEVERAL STITCHES... COLLAR THE CRAZED BITOCHEEEEEE!!! They are not always the victim/innocent...

6-FIREARM DISCHARGE- I picked the unloading station at psy ward (i.e. Bellevue) The others are not accidental firearm discharges; at the range (NO!), while hunting (NO!). What was the 4th choice? If you let a round go in the tube I/O SH then CO---CO-Firearm Tactics, but the choice put you at the PSY WARD.
7-KID ON THE BIKE- I believed it was one of those duplicate copy type of question right?
8-EXPLOSION (?!) & SPILL- I think you're talking about the OUTSIDE SPILL-HAZ-MAT question right? PS+ESU+HWY Motor Carrier + 300 FT
9-DEFACED IMEI- Someone already said it. Just put "DEFACED" & explanation in the remark section. Straight from the PG. Another BS trick trying to F$% with you.
The discharge question answer was A...investigation was required because it was at Bellevue, not a department facility, which is when the exception comes into play......"discharge at a firearms safety station within a department facility". As for the sick question, I denied Admin too and put he had to go regular, which would entail seeing the doc the next day...that was wrong?

Exactly in the patrol guide it states the co will do 49 when accidental discharge in a nypd building..so bellEvue was the answer ..i got that one right.

What was question asking, it tells AO to write "IMEI tampered with" in remarks of PCI in step 14, but it also says to make the above notifications in step 5.
You got this one wrong, bellvue is NOT A DEPARTMENT FACILITY. Co does 49 when it is a firearms discharge station in a department facility. You got tricked.
with the hazmat you got the notifications mixed up with another procedure....the umos notifies dep in 212-109 ... the question was about 212-37 or something like that.... both procedures deal with hazmat but handled very differently ..
