If you have a scheduled vacation during the weeks of bmoc. Will they allow you to take it? Can anyone advise?

You will have to write a 49, but yes you can.

They will allow you to take your scheduled vacation, however, some of those training are mandatory before you go to a pct. If you miss the mandatory ones you would have to repeat BMOC. But you will get your shield

Hey notsomuch, im in the same boat. I have a vacation week next week and I REALLY wanted to take it. Didnt realize we can take it with a 49. Is that what you're gonna do?

Taser training is sometimes done during the first week. If you miss it, you can't do patrol until you get it, which could take a while.
