How would it work if i am making a little more than a sgt. already (81,120), do i go to the fourth step next year?...IF SO, HOW LONG BEFORE I HIT TOP PAY?...DO I HAVE TO WAIT THE ENTIRE 5 YEARS TO PICK UP THE NEXT STEP OR DO I GO TO TOP PAY AFTER COMPLETING ONE YEAR IN RANK??
