For what its worth a friend of mine in the ceremonial unit says the dept. has scheduled them for a 1 pp ceremony at the end of march, im not sure what that means but there's still hope for a class.

OEEO IS HAVING A CEREMONY @ THE END OF THE MONTH ON THE 18TH MAYBE THAT IS WHY.

just found it its sched. for march 27th so maybe its a LT. class going in, there BMOC is shorter anyway.
