Did the TVB lieutenants betray us? Are they the ones who recommended zero changes? From the way this letter to attend the review session reads, it seems as though we are going to be reading the findings of the TVB and not actually DCAS.

What happened to the FOIL request from DCAS? I thought we were going to expose the late takers and put the list With the reason for taking the test at a later time.

This test is over. It will not be thrown out. DCAS is mandated to let those people take the test on a later date. There will be a bigger lawsuit if they did throw it out. There should have been a larger outcry for a flawed exam written by a sadistic captain. That may have helped those on the cusp who are thinking of a lawsuit. Waste of a news article, nothing will change.
